Delivery & Return Information

Current Delivery Lead Times

Our current lead time for dispatch is 2-3 working days.

For larger items such as furniture, mirrors and garden furniture, there will be longer delivery time as these are despatched via a specialist courier, please refer to the product page for approximate lead times.

Delivery Charges

Delivery usually takes between 5-7 working days (UK only) from receipt of your order. Our two main couriers are Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

In busy periods and public holidays please allow up to 10 days.

Standard Delivery - £3.95

Standard Delivery over £75 - Free

If your order contains multiple items we will send these via Parcelforce, each label will state how many boxes in total within your consignment.

Please note, orders will be sent to the delivery address specified upon order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. If products are returned to us as undeliverable (either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to arrange re-delivery), we will refund the price of the product(s) less delivery costs plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods.

Returns & Refunds

We understand there may be situations where the product received is not quite suitable, you therefore have 7 days to inform us of you wanting to return an item, and a further 7 days to send it back to us. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received. Unfortunately, not all products are capable of being returned. The excluded products may include:

• Personalised and/or customised items (as per your request)

• Any made to order products.

In the unlikely event that you do wish to return an item, the product needs to be returned at your own cost, intact, unused and in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

• A deduction can be made if the value of the product has been reduced; you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

• Should the item you wish to return arrives damaged, we will not be able to proceed with the refund. We would advise you take out an insurance policy to protect the goods whilst in transit.

Returns Postage

You will be responsible for all costs associated with the return. We cannot accept any responsibility for any lost items and as such, we recommend you use a tracking service wherever possible.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the Contract with Taylor Green. Your rights will depend upon the product you have purchased from Taylor Green, the reason for the return and when you end the contract.

Taylor Green reserves the right to refuse or cancel a contract for whatever reason.

In those circumstances, any payment will be refunded, in full, or alternatively, not taken.

Taylor Green Ltd is a UK Limited Company (13824873) which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)

Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty, or aged goods please email us a photograph to returns@taylorgreenhomeware.com and request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
